7lb organic pork shoulder just before I sliced it and smoked it for almost 10 hours. Turned out smoky and delicious, juicy and sumptuous.
The picture doesn’t do the size of this beast justice. Too bad your head wasn’t next to it so people could see it was huge!! lol Sure did taste amazing, and worked perfectly into my devious birthday party plan
